Annelieke Jense

Annelieke has over 25 years of international experience as an executive coach and facilitator. With a background as a social psychologist and years of experience in recruitment, her greatest motivation is to help professionals grow and perform. She does this by investigating together with the customer what is needed to implement changes. Central to her approach is ‘take nothing for granted’ but ‘explore all possibilities’.

Annelieke specializes in executive (team) coaching and leadership development. She works with managers, partners, directors and executives in small and large organizations to achieve personal and business goals and get the most out of it. The diversity of organizations such as Ernst & Young, PWC, Damen, Mammoet, Nestle, FMO and Sint Antonius Hospital is a source of inspiration for her.

Annelieke is the founder of TPC Leadership NL, former managing partner of TPC Leadership Global and leads their leading professional services branch. TPC Leadership is a reliable partner in the field of leadership development and coaching and works with many large organizations worldwide. Before Annelieke joined TPC Leadership, she worked for a large HR consultancy organization in the Netherlands where she was responsible for a large number of tailor-made development programs around leadership, coaching and mediation. She worked with her clients on, among other things, the development of a coaching culture.
