Annelieke specialises in executive (team) coaching and leadership development: working with directors, managing directors and leaders at all levels to help them and their teams deliver performance goals, personal targets and be at their best. She has served a diverse spectrum of clients including companies like Ernst & Young, PWC, Damen, Mammoet, Nestle, Northern Trust, SCA and Sint Antonius Ziekenhuis.

Annelieke is a partner of TPC Leadership in the Netherlands, a member of the international partner steering board and leads TPCL’s global industry for professional services.
Prior to joining TPC Leadership, she worked for a leading HR consultancy in the Netherlands. In that role she managed a broad range of tailor-made development programmes around leadership, coaching and mediation. She was also seconded as learning and development manager for a consumer goods multinational (Cow & Gate and Milupa brands) where she built and managed their corporate university.
