She has coached founders, executives, and senior leaders across industries including technology, global advisory, telecom, digital marketing, healthcare, e-commerce, infrastructure, manufacturing, insurance, investment, banking, development sectors, and Big 4 consulting. A strong advocate for ethical coaching practice, Anita is part of the ICF Global Code of Ethics Teams and serves on the ICF Independent Review Board. She has also contributed to the coaching profession as a Coach Trainer and Mentor Coach for ICF and EMCC accredited programs.

Anita has over 30 years of diverse industry experience, having held leadership roles across start-ups, mid-sized, and large global organizations. She has headed Global HR, Strategic Business Units, Operations, and Engineering, with teams spread across India, the US, Europe, and APAC.
