Andrea worked in Human Resources for 19 years at major corporations such as BM&F, ABN Amro, Citibank, TV Globo, and AMBEV. She coordinated individuals, teams, and organizations in development programs, including those focused on organizational climate, talent, performance, and competency management. Later, as a manager, Andrea had the opportunity to establish an HR department and coordinate Leadership Development Programs.
Andrea works on Leadership Development Programs, Organizational Change Processes, Assessment, Training Programs, Individual Coaching, and Team Coaching at Brazilian and multinational companies across various industries. She is a member of the coaching group at the INSEAD Global Leadership Center and has led programs in Brazil, Mexico, and France.
Education, Qualifications & Certifications
Andrea holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UERJ and a master’s degree in Human Resources from PUC-RJ. She also holds a diploma in “Clinical Organizational Psychology” from INSEAD’s (France) “Consulting and Coaching for Change” program and is certified in the MBTI and MEP tools.
