This two-day, high-impact journey is a condensed, pragmatic version of our ICF-accredited team coaching curriculum. We have stripped away the abstract theory to focus on what matters for experienced team leaders working in the real world. In two days, you sharpen your systemic lens and gain proven tools to change how your team operates.
Includes a 1-on-1 intake before the masterclass and a follow-up coaching session with one of our expert facilitators.

The fee includes 2 coaching sessions, a 2-day catered masterclass and a digital resource guide with all the materials. It does not include an overnight stay.
Yes. Before the program, you’ll have a one-on-one intake conversation with one of the facilitators to map your team’s specific challenge and set your personal learning goals.
Upon completion, you will receive an official TPCL Certificate, documenting your knowledge of team leadership concepts and practical application.
