Lorin has extensive experience coaching senior and front-line leaders to assure that strategy is developed, aligned, planned and executed at all levels. Lorin enjoys connecting the dots and helping others to collaborate as individuals and teams, increasing the quality of the solution and the likelihood of a successful implementation.

Lorin helps clients develop and implement leadership programs throughout an organization to assure values and beliefs are aligned from the executive office to the front-line. With a depth of experience in implementation and execution, Lorin helps organizations achieve sustainable results.

With an international mind-set and experience, Lorin has consulted & coached across 5 continents and has the ability to connect at a deeper level through fluency in 3 languages. Lorin has a combined 8 years of living experience outside of the USA.

Other Relevant Experience

Prior to his work as a coach and consultant, Lorin was involved with implementation of new technologies within the banking sector as well as providing services and coaching to internal clients within the bank. Lorin also has created and opened three businesses that include a restaurant, an e-commerce company as well as his own consultancy.

Lorin also co-founded and built a Brazilian NGO whose mission is to help its beneficiaries learn to become self-reliant and in turn, pay it forward by helping others. Over the course of 14 years the organization has helped over 5,000 individuals.
