An award-winning People’s professional, Rampriya comes with over two decades of experience in Human Resources across Technology, Manufacturing, Education, Aviation, and Consulting in India and the Middle East. She brings a deep understanding of corporate dynamics and leadership challenges. As an ICF (International Coaching Federation) Associate Certified Coach, she specialises in coaching mid to senior corporate leaders, equipping them with the tools and strategies to navigate career transitions and build executive leadership capabilities with confidence and clarity. She is also an accomplished CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, UK) Trainer and delivers CIPD Level and 3 and 5 Programs. She currently consults with a leading DEI & Workplace Culture Consulting firm in India and works closely with blue chip clients across India and Asia in the areas of leadership development and HR consulting.

Before entering the world of Coaching, Rampriya was leading global Talent Acquisition and Management in different organisations and had successfully recruited over 10,000 professionals across diverse industries ranging from IT, IT enabled services, Automotive, Airport, Engineering to Real Estate in India and the Middle East. Geographies handled: India, Middle East, APAC, Oceania, US and South Africa.

 

She had also played a critical role in quickly ramping up manpower resources as part of the Bahrain Airport Modernisation Program in Bahrain.

  • Graduated in Economics with distinction from Madurai Kamaraj University, India.
  • MBA in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis Centre for Business Management, Pune, India.
  • CIPD Level 5 Certification in Human Resources from Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, UK.
  • Certified Trainer from the Dale Carnegie Institute.
  • Executive Program in Transformational Leadership, XLRI Jamshedpur, India.
  • ESOL Business English Certificate (BEC Higher) from the University of Cambridge conducted by the British Council.
  • Certified POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace) Trainer by TUV SUD, India, 2021.
  • Received the Best Employer for Women Award from Economic Times & Femina on behalf of Ramco Systems, India in March 2023.
  • Received the Economic Times Human Capital HR Leader of the Year Award – Gold in November 2021 for promoting Diversity initiatives at Navin’s Housing & Properties, India.
  • Received the Best HR Practices Award from FICCI (Federation of Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industries in collaboration with the Indian Institute of Management) in April 2021 for Diversity Hiring and HR Change Management initiatives.
