Pooja is Lead Faculty and Mentor Coach at TPCL’s globally accredited programs and a passionate advocate for authentic, purposeful leadership. In her over 4000 coaching hours experience, she has led award-winning global initiatives focused on organizational growth, strategic talent development, and innovation in coaching and leadership.

Pooja is passionate about empowering individuals, teams and organizations to uncover their potential, align with their purpose and create meaningful impact. Her Systemic, strength-based approach enables her to collaboratively partner with stakeholders to design a transformative, sustainable solution fostering holistic growth.
