As senior learning consultant, she partners with clients to assess leadership and learning needs and help design learning interventions that align with strategic business objectives.

Prior to her coaching journey, Manpreet played the role of HR business strategist and Learning consultant for global multinationals like Publicis Sapient, Sapient Corporation, and NIIT ltd, where she successfully led L&D and HR functions, focusing on creating learning programs for leadership teams, policy design and optimization, process excellence, HR analytics, and people operations across geographies.
