Anita has worked extensively with DDI, KornFerry SHL, Anahat, PrePearl, Jombay, Mettl for various Coaching, Assessment & Development Interventions. With over 25 years’ experience, she has worked with industries ranging from Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Glass Packaging, Education, Adhesives, Textile & Apparels having core insight into Manufacturing, Education, FMCG, Retail and B2B businesses.

Other Relevant Experience

As VP – Learning and Development, Anita is credited with setting-up and leading the Learning & Development functions for over 10,000 employees at the Ajay Piramal Group. She also designed and executed Employee Engagement Programs and Leadership Pipeline development interventions for the same group.

 

She has successfully set up a strong competency based assessment process for various Leadership Development & Talent Acquisition Processes as Director HR at Raymond Limited

Her Leadership Development, Performance Management & Talent Management Processes have been institutionalized at the 5000 personnel strong Pidilite Industries where she was the VP – Talent Management

 

Anita started her career as an academician and taught at the S P Jain Institute of Management & Research for 6 years before deciding to shift gears and join the corporate world
