Arvind is a seasoned Leadership Coach and Facilitator, bringing over 30 years of diverse

experience across IT, ITES, and Telecom sectors. He now channels his energy into designing and delivering experiential learning journeys that unlock real transformation.

 

He helps individuals and teams thrive by making learning immersive, reflective, and deeply human. From frontline managers to senior corporate leaders and government officers, every program is crafted with care — blending behavioural insights, storytelling, and experiential design.

 

Arvind has delivered impactful experiential interventions for leading organizations,

including TATA Air India & Air India Express, American Express, Samsung, Lowe’s India, BharatPe, Hero Corp, OMC Power, and XLRI, among others.

Having begun his career in business operations, Arvind successfully led large-scale Channel

operations, Sales, and Enterprise management, including building extensive Distribution

Networks in Delhi NCR and leading Enterprise operations in the and Leading Enterprise Operations at Circle levels
