With a deep passion for human relationships- at work and beyond, Anita brings together her diverse corporate and coaching experiences to amplify the collective potential of individuals, teams, and organizations. She partners with leaders to explore deeply, enhance self-awareness, and enable transformation through what she calls “Purposeful Change.” Known for her direct, empathetic, and engaging yet challenging style, Anita helps leaders uncover their potential and align it with individual, functional, and organizational goals. A results-oriented coach, she supports leaders in building unconscious competence in their most meaningful areas of growth.

With over 4,500 hours of coaching experience, Anita is a credentialed ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC) and EMCC Senior Practitioner. She has coached founders, executives, and senior leaders across industries including technology, global advisory, telecom, digital marketing, healthcare, e-commerce, infrastructure, manufacturing, insurance, investment, banking, development sectors, and Big 4 consulting. Her experience also spans UN entities and management institutes.

Anita brings a unique perspective as both an internal and external coach, having supported leaders on a wide range of topics including:

Beyond individual one-on-one coaching, Anita has designed and led strategic group coaching initiatives focused on Cultural transformation, Building a high performing team, Collaborative leadership and “Leader as Coach”—helping organizations foster a sustainable coaching culture.

Anita is certified in Hogan Assessments and integrates psychometric insights into her practice. She customizes her approach using a variety of tools, including 360-degree feedback, to support leaders in their specific organizational context.

 

A strong advocate for ethical coaching practice, Anita is part of the ICF Global Code of Ethics Teams and serves on the ICF Independent Review Board. She has also contributed to the coaching profession as a Coach Trainer and Mentor Coach for ICF and EMCC accredited programs.

Anita has over 30 years of diverse industry experience, having held leadership roles across start-ups, mid-sized, and large global organizations. She has headed Global HR, Strategic Business Units, Operations, and Engineering, with teams spread across India, the US, Europe, and APAC.
