In today’s live example of VUCA world due to Covid 19, going virtual seems to be a life saver. While family & friends meet happen virtually and work from home takes place across organisations including the first timers for this; virtual learning is key to enable one sail through this phase emotionally as well as for holistic wellness. Economy has certainly gone down and so have the salaries of employees and budgets of organizations. But as they say, learning never stops!  We have been experimenting and evolving our face to face programs to virtual modules, webinars, and capsules to make it easy for our clients to take advantage of it in scaling through current times. Amidst the impact of the virus, the time at hand is unparalleled to what was! While we are aware of its impact on us emotionally, financially, socially; it seems to be a time to invest one’s energy into picking up things one always wished to do.
