“I want to be an Entrepreneur!” How many times have we heard this around?
It surely is fulfilling to build your own business and grow it; it has its perks as well as struggles. We
have worked with a lot of start-ups and SME’s to understand their world. It all starts with a dream and
passion just like any work would. There are aspirations, ideas, innovation, partnership as well as
conflict, challenges, pitstops and need for trust and collaboration.
“What got you here, won’t get you there!” They have certainly travelled a long way by themselves but
when you have someone moderate and facilitate through the challenges to the goals, through the
barriers to the action plan, and through the partnership to trust and collaboration, the immense
potential in the organisation comes out shining just like they once aspired.
Whether it is a home-grown family business or a start-up; alone or in partnership, there always are
some blind spots. We, at TPC Leadership work through these blind spots enabling and empowering
people to take actions consistent with their goals.
Emotional Intelligence plays a huge role for leaders in leading their teams and peers in supporting each
other. When teams lack motivation or direction, the results are said to be compromised.
Conflicts arise between teams which hampers their performance and brings in a blame game. We
enable them to get to “we” from “me”. We enable organizations build a culture that nurtures its
people; a culture conducive to trust, emotional intelligence and organisational values along with being
performance oriented and focused. We work with organizations to define/redefine these values where
each value means something to them, and they can bring it to life in their day to day work. Each leader
becomes a brand ambassador of the value and cascades it down to the rest of the organization through
role modelling and storytelling.
We conduct EQi Assessments and enable leaders to be more emotionally intelligent through one on one
coaching sessions. It is the investment in people, values and culture that brings in results organizations
aspire for. We have delivered programs across organizations where we have seen a difference in the
pre and post employee and customer review and have seen them reach new heights alongwith being an
award-winning organization.
