The math of self & prioritization

JUMP TO SECTION

It was a pleasure to be a part of the webinar especially curated for the TPCL Alumni by Sonam Arya Gulati, Associate Partner,TPC Leadership.
This session synthesized a harmonious connection within us on a deeper level. We learnt the art of prioritisation in the areas we want to concentrate on in the current scenario. It further developed our strengths and the way we bond with the world around us.

It realigned our outlook towards self and supported us focus on our goal through different tools and models incorporated during this webinar. The most pivotal outcome was to arrange our needs wisely and elegantly creating a greater balance between the many priorities we are juggling with, in our day today life in the stressful time.

This program is about connecting with our deeper levels through the application of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs and Stephen Covey’s concentric circle of influence. The math of self & prioritization will enable you identify for yourself what really matters in the current vuca times and what could you do now to utilise your time and energy in the direction that gives you a sense of gratification with the path you chose to be on.

Learning outcomes:

• Connect with yourself on a deeper level
• Prioritise the areas you want to concentrate on in the current times
• Further develop your strengths to reach a higher level in your life
• Enable yourself to distinguish from the glass ceiling
• Regenerate your perspective to meet the challenge and scope of current times
• Understand where you are on your hierarchy of needs and where would you wish to be
• Understand your circle of concern, influence, and control
• Develop SMART goals aligned with your long-term vision.
