Peer Coaching – Revisit, Discuss, Practice!

JUMP TO SECTION

At TPCL we believe that learning is a continuous journey. In the last 6 months we have created a safe and spirited community of learners who meet twice a week to discuss and share coaching tools and frameworks.  In addition, we sharpen the axe by practicing our coaching skills in a safe and friendly environment. The group consists of TPCL alumni members who want to keep moving up on their learning curve.

The need of the hour is to be collaborative. With this in mind, we invite coaches, leaders and professionals to take up the opportunity and share your wisdom with us. We invite you to pick up a topic of your passion and we will be happy to host you as your guest speaker.

We are also going to open our learning community to individuals by hosting ‘Visitor Day’. These are for those managers, leaders, trainers and other professionals who would like to know more about coaching and get a real hands-on experience of it and get coached by our Alumni network.

To know more about how can you be a part of the initiative, do reach out to us .Thank you !
