What is emotion? As per Paul Brown emotion is ‘energy in motion’, so if you feel an emotion in yourself, know that it would be transferred to others as is. There is a term called emotional contagion, as people do not live on islands but rather remember, experience moods at work and these moods in and out of the process, influence not only other group members but also dynamic individual attitudes, behaviours as well remember if you are feeling fearful, know that the others would feel fearful too and the chain and the cycle could only stop when you take charge, acknowledge & chose a serving emotion deliberately.

Emotional Intelligence is ‘Intelligent Use of Emotions’- as per Richard Boyaltis.
Let me tell you our inner stability and our inner strength can impact the outer stability and outer strength, right, so what do emotional intelligence cover and what does it mean?
As per Daniel Goleman, 4 quadrants of EI, are about self and others, it is about awareness and action, he says all change starts from self. If you are self-aware, then what can you do? You can manage yourself and you are aware of others’ feeling and other needs behind the behaviour and you can work with social skills positively. You can have positive impact on others.

As per Dr.Bar on, he has given complete EQI model as well and he says self-perception, self-expression, interpersonal skills, decision making skill, stress management skills come under emotional intelligence . We offer feedback & coaching on this tool. This has enabled thousands of leaders & their teams make sense & move from paralysing to catalysing at life and work.
