When great minds work together- Magic Happens-Summing The experience on Day 1 TPCL ICW 2020 -Demystifying Leadership Coaching! We had a diverse panel with leaders across sectors and verticals giving way to a rich discussion on the power and impact of coaching in the webinar. The panel shared personal experiences of Leadership coaching being the enablers in their journey in being effective leaders. A Business entrepreneur shared how Leadership coaching has shaped his personal effectiveness and also lead his organization lead from a place of self-awareness, transparency, curiosity, and vision. A health care Coach shared how through coaching he has been able to gain strategies and techniques that he has immediately put into practice .A leader from the NGO sector stressed that coaching is an essential enabler for the leaders of this sector. These discussions gave way to a bountiful harvest with the audience being equally participative. We came out with a rich insight of the relevance and urgent need for Leaders at all levels to be coached and use coaching as a powerful tool in their organizations.
