Conflict Management

Grow from conflict

About this training?

Dealing with conflicts in the right way is crucial for the success of companies
because it enables them to reach the next level of co-operation. At the same
time, people have very different ways of dealing with conflicts, which sometimes
leads to misunderstandings.

After this training, your employees will be able to better understand how
conflicts unfold, and therefore recognize and resolve them earlier. In addition,
they will have developed an understanding of their own behavioural patterns and have tested how they can expand their behavioural repertoire in relation to
conflicts.
