TPC Leadership processes your personal data only if there is a legitimate purpose and the processing can be based on a legal ground. It depends on your relationship with TPC Leadership which personal data is processed, for what purpose and on what legal grounds.


The overviews below specify for each category which personal data TPC Leadership processes in which cases. Also included is the legal ground on which the processing is based and what retention periods we use for the personal data.

Your personal data will not be kept longer than necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data was collected. In the overviews above you can find which retention periods apply for the purposes in question.


Collection of personal data


TPC Leadership obtains personal information from you when you enquire about our activities, register with TPC Leadership, send or receive an email, ask a question or otherwise provide TPC Leadership with personal information. TPC Leadership may also receive information about you from third parties.

TPC Leadership also gathers general information about the use of the website, such as which pages users visit most often and which services, events or facilities are of most interest. TPC Leadership may also track which pages users visit when they click on links in emails.
