Approach

By means of a strong, sensitive, yet pragmatic „Just do it approach” mixing 15 years of industry experience with his coaching skills, Lukas creates strong alliances with his coachees on eye level. Exploring and finding the essence and true resonance for his client’s topics, Lukas takes inventory including individual objectives and needs, before determining and agreeing actions that are truly owned by the client. In the end, implementation is fun and “just mechanics“… Courageous, determined but also with ease and humor, the egos of the individuals always subordinate to the result.

Lukas´ coaching experience ranges from one-on-one coaching to team development.
In custom designed workshops and individual coachings, always open, poignant and humorous, Lukas had the privilege among others to work for Porsche, BASF, ING DiBa, Siemens, PWC, Kühne & Nagel, Knorr Bremse, Iglo, and many more. Overall, hes has more than 1000 hours of experience in individual coaching

Other Relevant Experience

In his engagements, Lukas draws from 15 years of experience in the international energy and engineering business. 8 years thereof in Sales. From years in international project business, Lukas knows just how important efficient, agile, authentic and diverse teams are for corporate success or any other venture. After 15 years in the Power Generation Industry, 8 thereof in Sales, Lukas was last Head of Sales Middle East for a big German Corporation, leading a multi-cultural team and achieving annual turn overs between 500 – 1.000 Mio USD.
In his career, among others also as Construction Site Manager and In-House Consultant, Lukas grew and has learnt about the day to day challenges and emotions of topics that are important to him, such as: Leadership, International Sales, Career Change, Organizational Change Management and Process Optimization (Six Sigma).
