As a systemic coach, Leonie follows a rational and focused approach in coaching. She always aims to develop a comprehensive understanding of the underlying problem by closely examining the entire system and the parties involved. Additionally, she advocates for positive psychology, emphasizing the individual strengths of her clients and how these can contribute to finding tailored solutions that align with their unique personalities.
