I am passionate about innovative learning design with the aim of promoting the development and change potential of employees and organizations.

Approach

Marcel specialises in high difficulty learning environments, designing innovative programmes for learning resistant leaders or teams or very stuck cultures & habits. In his applied work, Marcel is resolving large group conflict in escalated states, such as when dealing with racism or sexism or high conflict potential situations like introducing transparent salaries or mergers.
