Approach

Daniel combines the problem-solving approach of a consultant with a coaching mindset always trying to help others tapping into their own potential. As someone who has been in the trenches of managing diverse, volunteer teams for the past 15 years, Daniel also knows how to balance pragmatism with striving for an ideal outcome. He brings a can-do mentality and a calm presence to his work. Being an avid reader of psychology, history, and philosophy, Daniel draws on a range of ideas from multiple disciplines.
