Hypothesis based work

Efficiently solve difficult problems

About this training?

Solving problems with a large solution space (e.g., growth strategy) requires a large amount of resources, the use of which would be inefficient. Therefore, top management consultancies work with hypotheses, just like scientists. They use their broad knowledge to accelerate the search process for a good solution, starting from a first hypothesis.

In this training, participants are trained to use hypotheses in their daily work and thus become more efficient and effective.
