Florence brings clarity and movement where complexity and change meet. With over 20 years of international experience across industries and cultures, she combines scientific rigor, systemic insight, and human empathy to help leaders and teams navigate complexity with confidence and intention. Deeply curious and passionate about people, Florence believes that thriving organizations emerge when individuals reconnect with purpose, develop self-leadership, and learn to navigate change together. Her approach blends neuroscience, behavioural science, and systemic coaching to make transformation not only possible, but sustainable. She balances strategic vision with pragmatic action, guiding leaders and teams to align on purpose, trust, and collective impact.

Florence’s expertise lies in helping leaders and teams expand their capacity for change, collaboration, and learning. Her work focuses on turning complexity into clarity, enabling people to adapt, innovate, and grow together. She is recognized for her ability to help teams see their dynamics as a living system —making the invisible visible — and to translate insight into actionable behaviours that strengthen trust, autonomy, and performance. Her support consistently combines strategic reflection with real-world application, helping organizations cultivate psychological safety, shared accountability, and lasting cultural change.

Florence’s professional background spans the energy, technology, and luxury sectors. Before founding her coaching practice, she held management and transformation roles at Hewlett-Packard in Ireland, where she led multicultural remote teams and drove change initiatives that enhanced efficiency and collaboration. She later managed global culture change programs at the Richemont Group. A physicist by training, Florence holds a Master’s in Physics and Geophysics and advanced certifications in executive and systemic team coaching. She is also the author of books on self-leadership, offering practical models to help individuals and organizations embrace change with clarity and intention. When she’s not exploring the human mind, Florence can be found writing stories, or running up and down mountains, where she finds both focus and freedom.
