With over 20 years of international experience across industries and cultures, she combines scientific rigor, systemic insight, and human empathy to help leaders and teams navigate complexity with confidence and intention. Florence’s professional background spans the energy, technology, and luxury sectors. Before founding her coaching practice, she held management and transformation roles at Hewlett-Packard in Ireland, where she led multicultural remote teams and drove change initiatives that enhanced efficiency and collaboration. She later managed global culture change programs at the Richemont Group. A physicist by training, Florence holds a Master’s in Physics and Geophysics and advanced certifications in executive and systemic team coaching. She is also the author of books on self-leadership, offering practical models to help individuals and organizations embrace change with clarity and intention. When she’s not exploring the human mind, Florence can be found writing stories, or running up and down mountains, where she finds both focus and freedom.
