Carole is an HR professional with over 15 years of experience, having worked with increasing responsibilities in Compensation & Benefits until 2017. She then transitioned into a Global HR Business Partner role as she wanted to be closer to the business and have a greater influence and impact on the organizational bottom line. Carole is passionate about people, cultural diversity, inquiring leadership and HR transformation. She has experience in coaching, diversity and inclusion, health & wellbeing at work, change management, organizational development, learning and development, performance and talent management, recruitment and onboarding, compensation and benefits, and project management in both multinational and local organizations.
