Wim de Keyser

Wim De Keyser is an Organizational Development consultant and executive coach, with over 20 years of experience in business transformation and leadership. Wim is an organisational psychologist, consultant and coach, working with senior executives and their teams to improve organisational performance, help develop, implement and execute strategy, and to help lead organisation-wide culture transformation projects. Wim works at the intersection of Leadership, Strategy and Sustainability. Drawing from his background as an HR executive in multinational context, a large variety of disciplines, and a solid academic background, Wim brings an in-depth understanding of organizations, teams and individuals to his down-to-earth practice, helping clients to develop their leadership, teams and organization. His work includes strategy work, developing, implementing and facilitating leadership development interventions and culture programs, executive team development, and executive coaching. More recently Wim supports organizations in developing Sustainable practices.

Wim is an associate and professor of practice at HULT/EF business school (UK)– (former Ashridge), and a designated executive coach to a number of business schools: Vlerick Business School (B), TIAS (NL) and IE (ES) and dedicated executive coach to a number of Corporations.

He is an active member of ISPSO (International Society of the Psychoanalytic Study of Organisations) and a graduate from the Dynamics in Consulting programme at C-FAR (US).

Wim is the programme director of a two year Postgraduate in Coaching at the AP university in Antwerp (B) and is a certified MBTI and SDI practitioner.

Before becoming a consultant and coach, Wim was an HR executive and worked internationally, and has worked in all regions ever since. Wim still consults with organizations on HR.

In 2011 Wim started his own company, Guiding Transition Ltd., and works with organizations of all sectors, profit and non-profit. Wim is on the board of a construction company and a non-profit organization.

Wim has a Masters in Organizational Psychology from Gent University (BE), a Masters in Executive Coaching from HULT/EF Ashridge Business School (UK) and a Masters in Change from INSEAD (FR)
