Leadership Development, Coaching & Consulting Experience

facilitating conversations at Unilever in Indonesia where leaders can explore how they personally relate to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion programs. The challenges they experience, for instance when their religion or legislation is not supporting the directions from Headquarters.
A key part of the coaching program at SMU Singapore is developing a coaching mindset for leaders, which leads to conversations about their value as a leader when they no longer can rely on expertise and authority and the shift it requires to recognize that for themselves.
At Shell she helps leaders explore both the being and doing side of leadership which supports them in the transition to become a net-zero emissions energy business and deal with the ambiguity it brings. The main topics in this program are psychological safety, learner mindset and straight talk.
Currently she holds a diverse customer portfolio in various industries like FMCG, Fashion, Energy, Technology and Finance. In addition, she works with leaders from inter-governmental organizations. Before becoming a leadership facilitator and coach, she held a director’s position within Philips HR and Lighting (currently Signify) and managed the recruitment outsourcing project in Asia for NXP Semiconductors and Accenture.
