Matteo is passionate about all topics related to learning, learning agility, innovation, sustainability, and social impact. What connects him to all these fields—which at first glance seem so different—is precisely his passion for helping people realize their potential: a process of self-actualization that necessarily involves creating value for oneself and for others.

Matteo works as an independent consultant, facilitator, instructor, and mentor with national and international companies.
He is a co-founder of Platform, a company focused on social innovation, and :Loop, a newly founded startup operating in the fields of the circular economy and sustainable fashion.
After spending several years in the corporate world as Head of Training and Development, he has adopted a consulting approach based on very solid theoretical models, while also focusing on results and the concrete, pragmatic aspects of his work.
Other Relevant Experience
Before entering the management consulting field, Matteo worked for a major Italian pharmaceutical company and spent several years at the Business School of the Politecnico di Milano in various roles, always in close contact with companies and research departments.
