Working at EY as a Talent & Development Specialist gave Luka key insights in the inner workings of a leading consulting firm, showing firsthand what kind of leadership topics emerge from senior to partner level. This combined with her experience at AIESEC, a global youth leadership movement where she held positions such as Vice President Talent Management and Local Committee President, gave her a thorough understanding of the people dynamics within organizations.
