Louise Rönnerdahl

Louise’s coaching approach is holistic and involves body, mind and spirit, but always with an eye on achievement rather than only the therapeutic lens. She works with people who are curious about exploring their thoughts, behaviors and emotions as vehicles to remove self-limiting beliefs and explore the outer boundaries of their potential. She uses different creative techniques, like visualization exercises and role-play and focuses on the benefits of positive psychology to bring out the best in her clients. She is also very interested in the meditative aspects of Buddhism and its linkages to neuroscience and is happy to bring theory and practice to the conversation.

Louise’s experience as a management consultant, investment banker and leadership coach spans across three continents and 90 countries. These explorations have taken her deep into the hidden aspects of human life, but also into the more complex aspects of the mind and what makes people tick, as well as what holds many humans back from exploring and living their true potential. Recent clients include Sveriges Television, SelfHelp, Quadrant, Första AP-Fonden, Studieförbundet Vuxenhögskolan, XTravel. Her own leadership roots grew strong in Africa, where she worked with organizations to cultivate responsible and catalytic leadership in vulnerable communities for a more prosperous livelihood. To further improve her own appreciation for the challenges that her clients face, Louise became part of the management team of a turnaround company in Tanzania in 2014, where authentic leadership was instrumental to deliver the most benefit and the least harm to everybody involved. Louise also has several years’ experience of management consulting and investment banking from the City of London. She has led, coached and developed teams and spent a lot of time pondering on the question: How do you know when you have reached your full potential? Louise is passionate about a more authentic leadership that can flourish when neuroscience and Buddhism cross paths.
