In his experiences in strategy consulting and as serial entrepreneur, Jan learned to focus on coaching and to empower his teams to strive for excellence and performance, while striking the balance with a pleasant and people-minded working environment. He strongly believes that investing in learning & development is the best way to maximise the output of teams. His coaching approach is one of building trust, guiding people to come to insights themselves rather than telling them, and combining training with creating the opportunities for his coachees to test and develop skills on the job.

Over the years, Jan has managed more than 50 people in smaller and larger teams, both managerial and technical profiles. This led him to develop a strong interest in coaching. In 2020, he started coaching executives, next to his role as entrepreneur.
