Cristiano Adriani joined TPC Leadership in 2019 as a Project Manager. He oversees all logistics and organizational aspects of the projects carried out by TPC Leadership.
Cristiano Adriani is responsible for monitoring all program deliveries, preparing related reports, and ensuring that trainers’ schedules remain sustainable and effective. He is also responsible for assessing the Net Promoter Score of our trainers and the courses offered by our Academy.
Cristiano has experience as a project manager in the Learning and Development sector, in addition to training in audiovisual production and content creation. He holds a degree in Humanities and is fluent in Italian and English.
