Clara Segrado

Clara helps entrepreneurs and managers attract, develop, and retain valuable talent. She works alongside managers and C-level executives to help them acquire the fundamental management skills necessary for the success of their projects. She helps people regain the clarity of vision needed to exercise leadership and transform their potential into excellent, high-performing results—even in complex and turbulent situations and contexts. She develops thoughtful, sustainable solutions through customized programs drawn from her experience as an HR professional in advanced companies operating in both multinational and family-owned business contexts.

Since July 2024, she has been actively collaborating with the TPC Leadership Italia team.

Ever since her college days, Clara has been passionate about human capital and corporate communication, earning a degree in Communication Sciences. Even before graduating, she began her professional development with internships at centers of excellence and innovation—notably the Fiat Research Center—where she discovered the value and meaning of “doing and being” an HR professional.

1998 marked the start of her professional career: major companies, major challenges, from the FCA Group to Pininfarina, Bonfiglioli, STAR-7, and finally Marelli in 2020 (the result of the merger between the former Magneti Marelli and the former Calsonic and Kansei). She has held roles in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and HR management, and gained experience in governance and the integration of key HR processes, tools, and policies, with the goal of strengthening the standardization of human capital management in complex and multicultural contexts, creating agile environments that embrace change, innovation, and excellent results.

In 2022, she began a master’s program in Transformational Leadership Coaching to become a Business Coach; this journey represented a period of significant personal and professional growth and transformation that reinforced Clara’s decision to become a freelancer, leaving behind her corporate executive career.

Her passion for coaching and HR consulting stems from a desire to give back to others a little of what she has received through the programs, companies, and people she has encountered, and thus to be able to

share tools, processes, and best practices to help companies and individuals grow, transform, and adapt to the constant changes in their professional and personal lives

and create value for themselves by becoming more aware of their own “resources” and potential.

The method she has developed through study and experience provides a solid foundation for “helping people help themselves” as they navigate changes in both business and personal relationships.

Clara worked at Kilpatrick Executive Search as a Client Director on executive and managerial recruitment projects for major clients in Italy and abroad. For the past two years, she has also been collaborating with companies, entrepreneurs, and managers on HR advisory and coaching projects in the automotive, automation, mechatronics, marine, and services sectors.
