Charles has built a career supporting individuals and organizations in their efforts to develop careers, leadership, and both hard and soft skills. His methodology focuses on the individual and the organization, meeting them where they are with an empathetic approach to fully understand their current and past realities. Together, they can identify ambitions as well as the “why” behind them and build a strategy to turn their vision into a sustainable reality.

Charles recently joined TPC Leadership as an associate in 2022. As a professional in executive learning and development in both academic and corporate settings, he draws on traditional adult education and corporate training methodologies and enriches them with experiential and cohort-based structures, always looking beyond the intervention itself to ensure that the new skills explored are transferred to participants’ professional and personal lives.

As a coaching professional, he has worked with thousands of professionals at various stages of their career progression on career transition and acceleration, leadership skills development, and strategies for finding purpose and realizing potential. In addition to his work as a consultant and coach at INSEAD for MBA, MiM, EMBA, and alumni, he has also coached participants at SDA Bocconi, ESC Clermont, and the University of Kansas. His consulting work in candidate preparation spans sectors such as management consulting, investment banking, and tech, serving companies across EMEA and the Americas.

As a Senior Executive in Learning & Development, he employs learning strategies that leverage people development as a strategic tool to deliver the results outlined in the CEO’s and the company’s strategic business plans. He has worked in the pharmaceutical industry, the consumer goods and luxury goods sectors, and academia.
