Organizations can benefit from Zeren’s 20 years of experience in HR Management and consultancy, most of which is in the international arena.

She facilitates transformation processes where organizations increase their flexibility and put people in the center of their core values.

Her areas of expertise are design and delivery of international change management, facilitation, training and leadership coaching.

She facilitates strategy sessions, coaches teams, designs and delivers bespoke training on a wide range of leadership, coaching and transformation topics.

She is one of the first HR practitioners in Central and Southeast Europe in the field of Diversity and Inclusiveness (D&I). This experience helped her understand and appreciate how different styles work among different people, cultures, characters and generations. This understanding is vital for the ability to build bridges and facilitate productive conversations between them.

Among her key advantages is her ability to clearly understand what an organization wants and expects from its people and vice versa. When this message does not reach one or both ends, she builds a bridge between the organization and its people so that they understand each other better.

She is privileged to coach women entrepreneurs through the Entrepreneurial Winning Women (EWW) program organized by Ernst & Young. She helps them understand themselves, make their business more corporate, make strategic decisions, build strategic visions, deal with people issues, relax and maintain work-life balance.

Zeren’s rofessional experience includes more than 10 years of cross-border management of HR Projects and people. She is familiar with international collaboration and communication and can comfortably build rapport with different cultures.
