Approach

Vanda performs an eclectic executive coaching performance, based on Gestalt and Mindfulness experiences, which allows a strong being in “here and now”, combined with transformational coaching practices. She enjoys facilitating both individuals’ and corporate coachees’ awareness, regarding their purpose and meaning journey. She loves to support leaders and organizations on reaching their potential and creating their own strategies to go with the flow.

Vanda is Corporate Communications and Marketing Coordinator in TPC Leadership Türkiye. Over the past 30 years she has had a variety of sales and marketing roles, mainly in global companies from advertising and paper industries. Due to her expertize on leadership, gestalt, mindfulness and P4C (philosophy for children and communities) she gives training on subjects like Women Leadership, Leadership in Times of Uncertainty, Stress Management and works as focus group facilitator.
