Approach

Aslı believes that individuals should stay in touch with themselves first, understand their real needs and causes of behavior, determine their personal strategies in this direction and create their own personal work; that is, they believe in designing themselves and their lives. In this way, she supports them to reach their best state in internal and external harmony through counseling, coaching and creative thinking techniques from a systemic perspective. She works on all systems and the relationships between them, starting with the family, one of the smallest systems.

Aslı started her professional career as an inspector in the banking sector and later worked in Human Resources, Project Management and Career Management. Finally, she left corporate life as Talent Management Manager. Aslı, who enriched the last 6 years of her corporate career as a certified coach and facilitator, gives trainings on Executive Coaching and Mentoring, System Coaching, Career Coaching, and Visual Facilitation within the TPC Leadership, and is a Facilitator, Human Resources Consultant, Assessor.
