Approach

Tülay has a variety of interest areas of research and work fields, from observing the similarities between institutional operations and individual behavior to managing the institutions as an organism, from understanding how organisms operate to discovering the dynamics and loops behind the processes. She also aims for the happiness and contentment of employees as well as providing the persistence of enterprises.

Leadership Development, Coaching & Consulting Experience

Tülay has been in the financial sector as an executive for 25 years. Her titles as Department Head of  Private Banking, Branch Manager, Regional Manager, Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Deputy General Manager responsible for Alternative Sales Channels have strengthened the idea that the essential point is the balance between people, production and change. What triggers her has been the positive values and the motivation that the institution she works for, teams and clients. Working together with executives as a Mentor and Coach, Tülay has such an attitude towards her clients that their insight grows and their reaction to complicated issues get shaped with the power of the moment and their potential. Taking a place in TPC Leadership as a consultant, mindfulness trainer, and as a both individual and team coach, Tülay excels at internal coaching and internal mentorship in corporations.
