Ümran is a leadership consultant customizing leadership projects in line with the needs and expectations of the corporations and the individuals, measuring the output and contributing to actualizing these projects, as well as enriching the projects with facilitation and making difference with content design.

Ümran has gained vast experience in the Sales, Training and Customer Experience Coordination in the pharmaceutical industry for more than a decade. In the rest of her career, she has worked in Counseling and Training Industry, gaining experience in understanding the needs of the global and local companies operating in various industries and triggering behavioral changes geared towards reaching  goals and meeting expectations. She has worked for Baltas-Baltas Management Consultancy, Human Group Consultancy, Foryou Leadership and has been an active member of TPC Leadership Türkiye since 2019.

Ümran’s expertise covers Human Resources Consultancy, Assessment and Development Center Practices, Performance Management and  Training Systems. At TPCL, she has been serving as an Executive Coach and Mentor, System Coach, Career Coach and Assessor, offering leadership training, facilitation and human resources counseling.
