Iulian’s diverse background and experiences provide him with a broader perspective that allows him to bring a well-rounded and nuanced understanding to the conversation. He has been exposed to a wide range of experiences, challenges, perspectives, and cultures, which enables him to adapt to different learning environments and needs.

Leadership Development, Coaching & Consulting Experience

Iulian has over 15 years of hands-on experience in leadership development and consulting with a focus on Social Enterprises and Non Profit Organizations.

His business consulting experience includes working with small and medium enterprises and social enterprises in management and financial consulting, business transformation, strategic planning, performance management, learning and development planning.

Iulian has vast Non-profit experience that includes working with large national and international organizations and social enterprises where he led initiatives and projects of +100 people, managed teams, developed strategies and national policies. He has hands-on experience as a social entrepreneur and in building communities, design and delivery of training programs, coaching, leadership development, social enterprises and start-ups support.

His training design and delivery experience was built working on specific needs for different organizations from Romania mostly and occasionally in Germany, Ukraine, Italy, Switzerland, India and Thailand.

He is currently an Associate at TPC Leadership, where he delivers transformational leadership solutions for people and business growth. Iulian’s skills in this role include project management, training and leadership development.

Iulian takes active time to learn new skills that complement his experience and provide a better understanding of the world. He continually searches to reinvent himself with different roles and experiences. This positively impacted his facilitation and consultancy projects.
