Approach

Alex is an experienced team and executive coach, and business psychologist. He specialises in running bespoke development interventions for senior leaders and leadership teams, and is particularly experienced in working with technology-driven organisations and scale-ups operating in an agile environment.

Leadership Development, Coaching & Consulting Experience

Alex has 13 years of international business and organizational experience across Europe, MEA and the US. He has held a range of leadership development and learning consultancy roles in global organizations, having lived and worked in four countries.

Alex’s approach is to work alongside his clients, as a trusted thinking partner. As individuals and teams are unique, he works with each of them to design bespoke interventions to release their innate abilities. Clients fully benefit from a safe and confidential space to open up, reflect on their key growth questions and opportunities, gain insights, and move forward into action with clarity and confidence.

In his role as Leadership Development Manager for Vodafone Group (based in London), he was part of the Global HR CoE, where they designed, developed and implemented global leadership frameworks, assessment and development programs for managers and senior leaders across 26 countries. He was also responsible for designing high potential leadership development programs, coaching senior leaders and leadership teams, designing competency frameworks, implementing cultural transformation programs including the roll-out of a new global performance management framework.

Alex coaches and consults at all leadership levels and has worked with a broad range of clients and industries from over 15 countries, from global multinational companies (Pharma, Oil & Gas, Banking, Telecoms, FMCG, Construction), to younger entrepreneurial scale-ups and unicorns (Digital, Tech, Biotech), and public sector & charities (NHS, educational trusts, UN foundation, cultural institutes).

  • Accredited Master Executive Coach, Association for Professional Executive Coaching and Supervision
  • Certified Business Psychologist, The Association for Business Psychology
