Approach

Marcus is a seasoned leader with 25+ years’ experience in large corporations balanced with an innate desire to help others achieve their purpose. He is passionate about continuous development towards a purpose: driving himself through ongoing learning and self-reflection, helping others through coaching and mentoring, and facilitating organizational change leveraging his business transformation experience. He balances a continuous sense of ‘going beyond’ with a pragmatic approach to fostering change.

Leadership Development, Coaching & Consulting Experience

Marcus’ core experience in leadership development comes from hands-on corporate roles, both as a functional leader and as a business transformation facilitator. His roles focused on co-creating solutions to engage people in long-term change journeys. Marcus is particularly proud of his track record in achieving sustained business change in an inclusive way, helping people transform to leverage new opportunities. He has worked around the world and is very comfortable operating cross-culturally. Marcus stands out as a bold and innovative leader who isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo, invest in people with new ideas, and manage ambiguity to create business value. He now focuses both on designing and delivering large-scale leadership development programs for organizations with a global footprint.

Marcus coached extensively throughout his corporate career and now focuses on transformational coaching, both with individual executives and with teams. Having experienced the power of coaching in his own journey of transformation, Marcus helps others heighten their self-awareness and emotional intelligence so they can make more conscious decisions in their lives. Much of his coaching work leverages insights generated by personality inventories, including MBTI and Hogan personality assessments. As a mentor, Marcus shares his experience in corporations and as a global citizen with private clients. Marcus’ coaching and mentoring clients span different generations, all levels of seniority and responsibility in organizations, and multiple geographies and languages.
Marcus’ work as a consultant centers on advising senior leadership on fostering and enabling cultural change within organizations. His work often focuses on articulating and bringing to life organizational purpose, vision and values.
