He is Industry 4.0 Advisor specialized in Neuroscieces, Organization and Ethics Applications.
The industrial sectors in which he worked include: Management Consulting, Fashion & Luxury, Pharma, Manufacturing, Banking, Food, Automotive, Retail, NGOs, Professional Services, Sports both for Multinationals Groups, Medium-Sized Enterprises and International Startups. From 2019 I am the Coach of the Scuderia Toro Rosso / Alpha Tauri of Formula 1.
Other Relevant Experience
Prior to joining TPC Leadership, Roberto spent 12 years in leadership roles in Commercial Automotive
and 5 years in Start-Up Business Management. His professional career has been developed as Business Executive in multinational companies, facing tough calls and leading people and change to achieve any target. His last role was Member and Coordinator of IVECO Board, reporting to IVECO Brand President and CEO where he could to develop the skills of managing complexity, ambiguity and discontinuity across the different functional, business and market areas. He dedicates strong attention to people development and goal achievement.
