Sophie’s management experience as an entrepreneur enables her to understand the challenges her clients face and assist them in generating insights and commitment for positive behavioural changes. She brings all her experiences, travels, curiosity and intuition to support managers, executives and entices them to explore and move forward. Leadership Development, Coaching & Consulting Experience

Sophie is an executive coach, facilitator and speaker with strong experience in HR consulting. She has worked with global corporations both in private and public sectors delivering leadership and managerial development programmes for middle managers & senior managers.
As an executive coach, Sophie has worked with senior leaders and executives from various industrial sectors; including Banking, Insurance, Professional Services, Telecom, Food, Manufacturing, FMCG, Utility and HR consultancy for various multinational companies. Sophie has developed an international coaching experience, living and working in France, Italy and China.

Other Relevant Experience

Prior to joining TPC Leadership, Sophie worked as a behavioural change expert in the management training field; with focus on integrating new learning into sustainable everyday business activities. She has also worked as a senior leaders facilitator for the development of vision and strategies and of goal setting strategies to cascade these to every management level.
