Leadership Development, Coaching & Consulting Experience

Prior to becoming a full-time coach, Saloni led Executive Coaching and Assessments for an American Fortune 500 company. In her corporate career spanning 16 years, she led several high-profile projects for accelerating the development of leaders, building talent, and promoting cultural change. 

Among her many accomplishments are establishing enterprise-wide talent portfolios, launching global training programs, cultural change and promoting data-based decision making in talent processes.

She designed and implemented innovative solutions to attract, retain, and develop talent, such as CEO success profile, micro-learning, virtual coaching, non-financial retention plan for top talents, strategic competency framework, value-based behavioural interviewing.

Other Relevant Experience

During her time in the United States, along with her corporate job, Saloni worked as Adjunct faculty and executive coach at a private business school. She collaborated with Fortune 500 companies for leadership assessments, individual and group coaching initiatives.

Saloni values paying it forward and has been volunteering with several not-for-profit organisations for coaching low-income community college students, supporting international projects for underprivileged children and paediatric cancer patients.
