Fabrizio has chosen to become an Executive Coach PCC (ICF) after thirty-five years of experience in IT organizations, where he performed management and executive roles through a long path of change and personal growth. He has had an important experience as Manager both in HR (HR Director), and Delivery (Executive), in both Italian and international organizations and this allows Fabrizio to quickly and easily integrate in various organizations. Between 2012 and 2014, he was elected as a member of the Directive Board of ICF Italia, and currently he dedicates some time in managing coaching projects, delivered from ICF as a volunteered activity, to no-profit international organizations. At the moment he is also the coaching project manager, in an international organization, for managing a Coaching project for Expo Italia top management.
