With a background in business development and marketing within the professional services sector before joining TPCL, Shona has enjoyed working with her global TPCL colleagues for over 10 years.

Leadership Development, Coaching & Consulting Experience

During this time, she has collaborated with numerous global clients as an Account Manager, gaining insight into their industries, their ways of working, designing programs to nurture talent, and create sustainable leadership initiatives. Conversations with colleagues inspired her to pursue her ICF coaching accreditation, which has deepened her understanding of how TPCL engages with clients and the personal transformations that occurs for learners. It has also heightened her appreciation for the rich content and expertise our facilitators bring to the training environment.
