Approach

Laurent’s DNA and posture are those of a facilitator coach who communicates the energy that will help individuals and teams overcome the barriers that are obstacles to their success. As a trained coach and experienced entrepreneur and manager, he coaches managers in global companies to set their teams in motion and overcome their transformation and evolution challenges. He’s built my expertise on 3 complementary pillars: One to one coaching Team Coaching/Facilitation Consultancy leadership, organizational development and collaborative working projects; particularly sensitive projects, involving top and/or senior managers, engaging large groups of staff or stakeholders, leading large-scale and long-term organisational transformation projects.

Leadership Development, Coaching & Consulting Experience

Passionate about accompanying men and women in their professional roles, Laurent has been coaching since 2009. In 2012 he created Step Ahead Consulting, his own company and specializes in career coaching as well as executive and team coaching. He coaches and facilitates in such environments as the media and Hi Tech where he was an entrepreneur and a manager as well as other sectors (finance, banking, luxury, automotive, audit, etc.). Laurent loves to be confronted with the variety of the many cultures and frames of reference of organizations. He was associated with projects based on collective intelligence where facilitation addressed up to 500 people.

Other Relevant Experience

In his former professional life Laurent was an entrepreneur and a manager. After a few years in the internet business, he co-founded and worked as the VP of Sales of NPTV (1998-2007: interactive services for Digital TV ) with clients such as Vivendi Universal/Canal+, Orange, Disney, et Eurosport/Discovery, Sogecable (Spain), Telenor (Scandinavia), Astro Measat (Malaysia). In 2009, he set up the Human Inside project, an innovative start-up offering online speed coaching services to middle and operational managers. Finally he gave birth to his current practice, Step Ahead Consulting, in 2012.
