Approach

Dimitri is passionate about human behavior, and team dynamics. He is inspired by the desire to support organizations in their mutations by starting from the people, trusting their strengths and their capacities to develop themselves. He believes in a leadership that reveals talents, develops them and contributes to a more inclusive and environmentally friendly society.

Leadership Development, Coaching & Consulting Experience

For more than twelve years, Dimitri has been coaching and training employees, managers, senior executives and founders, of various companies and sectors on topics such as public speaking, media training, constructive communication, management and leadership, persuasive argumentation, management stress, charisma and impact, relational efficiency, time management, consultant posture and leadership development. He has created and developed numerous courses and training programs tailored to the needs of clients. His clients include leading companies in the following sectors: Consulting, Banking, Telecommunications, Communications, Digital, Insurance, Political parties, Environmental Associations, Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, IT Companies, Retail, Aviation industry. .

Other Relevant Experience

Dimitri is an entrepreneur who has followed an atypical professional career that covers consulting, theatre courses, the creation of an audiovisual production company and coach. After an experience in events management and advertising, he created his own start-up in London and, later on, joined Accenture in Paris. As a consultant at Accenture, he developed the “e-education” pole of the public department and took charge of the management of an “e-democracy” website during the 2002 presidential elections. After those years spent in counselling, he decided to devote his time to theatre. He followed a professional theatrical training at Florent classes and played in pieces of classical and contemporary repertoire in Paris and in TV shows. In 2006 he established an audiovisual production company and at the same time became a trainer and coach. Today he is fully dedicated to his passion: training and coaching.
